Water Pump

As discussed elsewhere on our site, we will shortly be offering replica water pumps, in alloy - see the projects section for more on these.

However, all is not lost in the meantime if you have a worn water pump that needs resurrecting. All we need is an original pump body, and so long as that is in good condition - other than the unusual wear around the bearings etc. - we can repair it.

We re-sleeve the original pump bodies, allowing the correct push-fitment of new bearings (we use shielded types). Surprisingly to most, the bearings should be an interference push-fit on the pump, not simply dropped in, or held in place with loctite etc. In addition to this, we offer new impellors (if needed) along with new spindles and pulleys. Again, the new pulleys are an interference push-fit on the spindles, and as all parts are CNC machined to within 0.0001'' tolerance, you are left with a pump that runs true and will last for many, many miles.
