Cylinder Head Machining

Using our own 3-Axis CNC mill, we are able to offer a complete combustion chamber re-profiling service.

This enables cleaning up of poorly profiled chambers, blending of in of new valve seats, or re-profiling the chamber for large capacity engines.

An added bonus of the chamber re-profiling is the ability to reduce compression ratio, and also mitigate problems associated with valves touching pistons. This is of particular interest to those who have a cylinder head that has been heavily faced, and are struggling with either valve to piston clearance, compression ratios, or both.

We have managed to recover numerous heads that would otherwise have been unusable, or severely compromised.
