New Cylinder Heads

It is fair to say that our major project at this time is the re-manufacturing of the MGA Twin Cam Cylinder Head.

It has been over two years to this point in the making, but is nearly complete. The photos below detail some of the story, showing the pattern work, the casting of the very first head, the end result of test machining on that first head and the recent casting of the second head with revised pattern work.

Re-Sleeving Original Water Pumps

If you have a worn water pump that needs resurrecting, then we can help. All we need is an OEM pump body, and so long as that is in good condition - other than the unusual wear around the bearings etc. - we can repair it.

We re-sleeve the original pump bodies, allowing the correct push-fitment of new bearings (we use shielded types). Surprisingly to most, the bearings should be an interference push-fit on the pump, not simply dropped in, or held in place with loctite etc. In addition to this,...more »

Steel Replica Wheels

As some will no doubt recall, this will not be the first attempt at having replica steel wheel manufactured. A previous attempt floundered due to the failure of the wheel manufacturer, which saw much of the expertise required for such a project disappear.
